Reassessment and creative alignment of literature and website created a new 'energy' for the business and it's customers.
Parity is an IT and Business services organisation, delivering technical, recruitment and training solutions to the UK and Irish Markets. However, due to losing sales opportunities, it was concluded that poor brand communication was the issue. There was a need to revitalise core communication into a format that would improve customer perception and encourage sales staff to use it.
An audit of the existing literature and feedback from staff led to a redesigned of literature using an energetic, contemporary style. We encompassed visually what Parity provides as a service to its customers. We also provided strategic input to reach specific target markets, integrating different media such as HTML newsletter templates and undertook a re-skinning of the core web site.
The new material was extremely well received by all staff who now feel extremely proud to use it. The success of the initial project led to a complete redesign of the core website.
